Feeling a sense of connection and belonging, are strong and important aspects of being human.
We are creatures who need to bond with others to give and receive love, support and nurturing energy.
Take a moment to honor the beautiful connections you have with the people in ‘your tribe’.
Who’s in your tribe? What common connections do you have that bring you together?
Remember: we can have different tribes that support us in different ways.
For example; Your ‘friend tribes’ might be people who are great listeners who support you, but will also be honest and truthful, even if it’s not what you want to hear. (Loving you enough to be honest, and not just a ‘yes’ person.)
Another tribe might be your work-out or fitness buddies who provide inspiration, motivation and accountability for you along the way.
Take time this week to gather with your tribes and charge your system with a healthy dose of love and support. The giving and receiving process is so important here, and remember, your tribe also receives all of these beautiful gifts from you too. It’s a win-win!
